A quiet apartment block on a quiet road overlooking the children's Park and view of the secure communal swimming pools(children & adults)with additional allowance to use the pool in the adjacent block
Designated car parking space and secure entry to the lift and stair access of the block.

The Apartment is situated near the main primary school, nursery and communal football pitch of our small village

Entering the apartment takes you directly into the fully equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar with plenty of cupboard space, cooker, electric hob, fridge freezer and washing machine, stainless steel double sink and drainer and all other standard kitchen appliances and utensils, within the kitchen is a side door which opens up to the front patio area.

The kitchen flows into the living space of the dining and lounge area with a comfortable 3 & 2 seater settees, flat screen TV showing local channels, DVD player and Air Conditioning
The dinning area has a solid wood dining table with 6 comfortable chairs.

Off the living area is the good sized front balcony overlooking the communal pool and children's park

An opening to the right by the dinning area gives access to the two bedrooms, one double master bedroom, which can also be used as a twin and one twin bedroom with both bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms.
Both bedrooms have 2 double built in wardrobes which have hanging space, shelves and drawers and both bedrooms have Air Conditioning, bedside tables and lamps.

The apartment has one designated parking space for the flat plus plenty of parking on the road if additional is needed

FOR A CHILD USING A COT IN THE MATER ROOM PLEASE DO NOT ADD ON AS A GUEST AS THEY WILL BE FREE OF CHARGE.

The apartment is within walking distance to the village and Pissouri Bay beach is only 4km
Pissouri is less than 30 minutes from Paphos airport and also close to Limassol and the Troodos Mountains
Pissouri is a small friendly local village but boasts many restaurants and cafe's, has numerous banks and shops including a good supermarket
