A fantastic 3 Bedroom detached Villa in Pissouri with excellent outdoor space and spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the hills with private swimming pool, all offering a good level of privacy.

Walking into the villa takes you to the landing area where you can access the main family bathroom and two of the 3 bedrooms
The two bedrooms upstairs have twin beds, double fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps and Air-Conditioning
The family bathroom with bath, over bath shower, sink, toilet, storage, mirror and frosted window.

Taking the stairway down opens up to the large open plan lounge, dinning and kitchen living area and the third bedroom and high quality downstairs bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped equipped and has good cupboard and worktop space, with a modern sink, electric cooker and a electric hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer and full selection of cooking utensils

The dining area has a table with 6 comfortable chairs and the double Patio door leading onto the front veranda with its fantastic views

The lounge area is furnished with a modern and comfortable two 2 seater settees, coffee table, flat screen TV and free WiFi

The 3rd bedroom is located downstairs with double wardrobe, bedside tables and Air-Conditioning
next to the downstairs bedroom is a high quality, good size bathroom, with toilet, basin and shower

The outdoor space in this villa is very spacious with breath taking views and has sun from early morning and almost the entire day, it comes with covered and open areas.

The villa’s private swimming pool offers the same high level of privacy as the whole house
The excellent sized pool has steps in the shallow end and offers open and shaded area’s with sunbeds and an outdoor shower.

The gated drive and parking area can accommodate at least 1 car and additional parking on the street

The villa is situated in the Trachonas area near both the village and Cape Aspro area of Pissouri
The Villa is within walking distance from the village center and Pissouri Bay beach is only 3km
Pissouri is less than 30 minutes from Paphos airport and also close to Limassol and the Troodos Mountains
Pissouri is a small friendly local village but boasts many restaurants and cafe's, has numerous banks and shops including a good supermarket

Smoking is only permitted outdoors of the property
